Nutrition and Lifestyle: 

Discuss how to better prepare our bodies for menopause by introducing practices to bring balance in your body, mind, and spirit. Receive guidance on nutrition and lifestyle modifications that can support hormonal balance and overall health during menopause.


Mindfulness and Meditation: 

Explore mindfulness techniques and guided meditation practices tailored to help manage stress, anxiety, and mood swings commonly associated with menopause.


Yoga for Menopause: 

Discover gentle yoga sequences specifically curated to alleviate menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, insomnia, joint stiffness, and fatigue. These yoga practices will focus on promoting relaxation, flexibility, and overall well-being.


Community and Support: 

Connect with other women going through similar experiences, share stories, and build a supportive community to navigate this transition together. No prior yoga experience is necessary; all levels are welcome.
